The FARM Institute has a variety of exciting, and interesting programs for children, all designed to teach them about appreciating and tending the world around them. By focusing on fun, practical activities and games, the children who attend our programs go home with a newfound appreciation for the natural environment, the cycles of farm life, the interconnectedness of all living things, and much more. We have a new field trip program called the Residential FARM Program. Students from both public and private schools live, learn and work on the farm for a 3-day / 2-night field trip experience. Visiting schools may sign up for fall or spring visits. This program has numerous benefits including real life experiences in cooperation, teamwork, respect for the environment and our community, farming...and many more.
